PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is a flat roof installation on the roof top of a Quality Inn in Anaheim. It was a pretty straight forward installation using ballasted racking system.

The economics for this project worked out very well for the owners of the property. Because of already falling prices of the Solar PV Systems and the availability of a very attractive rebate by the small local utility company, the owners of this system were in a cash flow positive state just by utilizing the Incentive Tax Credit, Accelerated Bonus Depreciation and the utility rebate incentives. The savings on their energy bill over 25 years will result in FREE energy for them.
