PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is a simple flat roof installation, where we used Ecofoot ballasted racking to avoid any penetrations in the roof. For seismic reasons, our structural engineers recommended some attachments. We researched and found a non-penetrating attachment system to keep it a 100% penetration free installation.  The height of the building and the absence of a parapet wall on the roof warranted us to take extra precautions adhering to the OSHA guidelines and above.
